Absolutely brilliant tour with our local guide Yimnah. She was friendly and knowledgeable throughout, with excellent English. She met us at the first taqueria and talked us through the plan. Really good that she checked for allergies, and she made sure my wife, who can’t eat gluten, was OK the whole evening. We were taken to an excellent selection of taquerias and a cantina serving food with outstanding flavours. Not being locals we would never have ventured out this far and found these places. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic tour! We did a tour of Xochimilco, enjoyed some of the best local dishes, and ended with a 1 hour boat tour through the canals. Everything was delicious, and we were beyond full. Honestly, a tour is only as good as its tour guides, and Toti and Clara were the absolute best. They shared so much detail and history about each dish and were just generally enjoyable to be around. It felt like talking to old friends. Highly, highly recommend.
We had a wonderful food tour with Nico through Navarte, ending with a really insightful mescal tasting experience with Wen. The food was tasty but we also really enjoyed the history and background and Nico was brilliant company! I would recommend this tour highly!
We had an amazing time on our Journey Through La Merced! Our guide, Adrian, was extremely knowledgable about the history of the market, Mexico City, and Mexico. We were stuffed by the end, and everything was delicious. Without this tour, we never would have tried to visit La Merced, which would have been tragic; this was an absolute highlight of the trip. Don’t sleep on this one!
Clara was so knowledgeable and kind. This hands-on class is a must do in CDMX. We learned so much about corn tortillas. We ate the corn tortillas we made in the metate, then we ate corn tortillas we prepared from the mása from a mill, and finally we ate corn tortillas using Maseca harina. The ones we prepared ourselves on the metate were the best buy far. I will never buy generic corn tortillas again. Thank you Clara!
